Problem
Until Lead Pro lead companies had to spend millions to develop an in-house lead management and
distribution system, often times full-time staff managing & distributing Excel® files. Some larger
companies have been able to do this successfully; the others struggle with the issue every day. It is a
huge barrier to entry for any small to mid-size marketing company.
Lead Management and sales CRM have historically been completely separate products. Lead
management focuses on tracking prospects, organizing leads that come in from a variety of sources
and then distributing the leads to multiple customers. CRM focuses on the customer after they have
become a prospect or lead. There has never been a solution that tightly integrates the lead
origination, distribution and then conversion to prospect, opportunity and customer until now…
Solution
Using the latest .NET programming and listening to our lead customer requests; we have built
software that handles all of the lead acquisition, distribution and customer management needs.
Lead Pro is designed to provide marketing companies with the ability to generate or buy leads from
several wholesale sources, cleanse the leads and then distribute them to an unlimited number of lead
customers. In addition, the system can be directly integrated to CRM users (usually their lead-buying
customers) and provide real-time lead delivery, reporting and returns. By creating both the back
office (Lead Pro) and CRM solution our users are now able to receive leads faster, monitor lead or
employee performance and offer real-time lead returns.
Our Lead Pro customers had one consistent issue that we decided to tackle next; there were no CRM
software solutions that provided lead-management as well as the standard CRM features that are
standard in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) industry. We took what other lead
management companies have been doing, made it stronger, easier-to-use and combined it with CRM
features and tools to provide the most powerful lead-based CRM in the industry.
Lead Pro and the CRM are built by people with years of experience in the lead & sales industry, not
by programmers theorizing what the sales & lead process should be (which is the case with most
CRM solutions on the market today).
The design and simplicity of the system where modeled after products that people already use on a
daily basis. Now sales professionals can log in and start work without all of the training, education
and adoption required by other systems.
We have teamed up with powerful telephony providers like Five9, Chase Data, and PBNext to build
integrated dialing solutions and our relationship with Fannie Mae gives us the ability to export a 1003
application directly from the CRM or to a LOS system like Calyx Point.
The CRM and LeadPro systems have solved numerous existing issues like; phone system
integration, predictive dialer support, a lead exchange to buy leads, vendor login (vendors can see
how their leads performed), automated marketing tools (beyond drip campaign), click-to-call features,
and a free marketing website for each user to help increasing traffic and search engine optimization. |
